Every drug out in the market has patent to protect it. The goal is add the relevant information in the existing system that help user to take informed decision .
Context
I worked as UX researcher and Designer in a matrix structure to help organization to learn more about users how people think and behave around drug patents.
Our Role
To provide insight to cross functional team to make product that people love to use.
I also wear a UX leader hat and led the product team and product strategy with design. I collaborate and pair with multi multidisciplinary team for smooth execution.

The results are amazing. Iteratively test them with users helped me to get regular feedback to determine whether I'm improving my designs, and to get answers to new design questions that arise throughout the process. The new patent content seamlessly got integrated with existing 4 content types, creating a holistic user experience. The enhanced system is used by the users without any major difficulty. User can easily find accurate information without getting lost in the interface.
